Natural home remedies can include some foods that are anti-inflammatory and antioxidant. You may want to try green tea or hot water with turmeric, citrus, kale, broccoli, cranberries, red peppers, red onions, honey, blueberries (just don't eat them all at the same time)! A Reflexology session can also help boost your immune system and there are specific reflexes that can help when you have a cold. For example, the throat reflex is located just under the big toe (see the triangle) and the tonsil reflex is on the inner side of the big toe (see the small circle). You can hold these for 10-20 seconds to help with a sore throat. If you have any questions or need help to get rid of that cold faster, you are always welcome to come in for a full Reflexology session!
