This treat is a delicious and healthy recipe that belongs to my mother. Thanks Mum!
1 cup of milk (any type)
2 tablespoons of sugar or honey
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
3 cups frozen raspberries
Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high for 30 - 60 seconds. Use a spatula to scrape down the sides and blend again as needed. Pour into bowls to enjoy immediately. This dessert has the consistency of sorbet or thick yogurt.
