Ever stop to think how much our feet do for us every day? The average foot strikes the ground an amazing 15,000 times per day! Our feet absorb the impact of over 600 tons of pressure every day so it's not surprising that we can get aches and pains in our feet, which can then start to involve other parts of the body as well. Ensuring you have good fitting shoes and proper foot support and in some cases, orthotics (even good quality softer ones sold over-the-counter), can help. Reflexology techniques can also help with foot pain. So as the saying goes: "stop yourself in your tracks" and consider taking care of those two feet of yours!
