2/28/2018 0 Comments March 2018: UpdateIn some ways this has been a long, cold winter. If you are feeling tired of the grey, damp weather, why not try something new and consider dropping by the Health and Lifestyle Group Community Sampling Event in Oakville on March 3rd? This afternoon event is organized by Angela Borgeest and promises to be a lot of fun to attend! I'm pleased to be offering Reflexology and Reiki sample sessions at this event. Please see below for details. I'd love to see you there!
Reiki Level 1 classes are also continuing this month starting on March 7th. There are still a couple of spots left so do contact me if you are interested. Finally, I will also be trying something new this month - I am pleased to have been asked to provide Reflexology and Reiki treatment sessions at the Oakville Hospital Footcare and Orthotic Centre over the next couple of months. I will continue to have my own clinics in Falgarwood at Time for Healing as well. Early spring greetings to you! Wellness tip for March: March is often the time of year when the winter season really begins to drag. Spring will be here soon though! To help lift your spirits, try taking a walk outdoors in the snow, slush or rain. The fresh air is always good for us and there is beauty in every season - we just have to look for it! * Affirmation: I bless the earth and the earth blesses me.
