Have you considered giving your loved one a Reiki session? Better yet, why not learn how to give them a Reiki session yourself? Yes, YOU too can learn Reiki! Usui Reiki, one of the gentlest complementary health practices, involves the light laying on of hands to help balance the physical, mental and emotional aspects of the whole person. Reiki can relieve stress and tension, promote relaxation, unblock energy pathways, boost mental alertness and impart a sense of wellbeing and calm while being rejuvenating at the same time. Millions of people of all ages have enjoyed the benefits of Reiki, finding relief from pain, anxiety, indigestion, and insomnia that can lessen quality of life.
