It’s cold season again! Did you know that you can use reflexology to help clear sinus congestion? The sinus points are located on the tips of your finger and toe pads. To relieve sinus pressure, try using your thumb and forefinger to press on each of your sinus points (fingers or toes) for 2-3 seconds each. Try to do this three times for each point, three times per day to help relieve sinus pressure. Remember to look after yourself by increasing your intake of fluids, vitamin C and sleep as well.
