I've seen snowdrops and crocus already and the daffodils won't be long now. Spring is such an exciting time of year to watch unfold on a daily basis. The earth is busy renewing itself and so can we! Learning something new, getting a new haircut, trying a new class or even sharing our time with others as a volunteer can be fun ways to renew ourselves.
One of the ways we can renew our bodies is with an Indian Head Massage! This relaxing massage evolved from an ancient healing system and tradition of family grooming in the Indian culture.
